Academic Staff Representative (2008 - Present)
The Leadership and Involvement Committee solicits candidates from among the eligible Academic Staff to
serve on elected and appointed committees, facilitates and oversees voting process, and submits results
to the Academic Staff Committee Chair. This committee also facilitates the retention of Academic Staff and
promotes/encourages leadership and involvement in Academic Staff governance.

The Library and Instructional Technology Committee represents the Faculty and Academic Staff in making
recommendations on policy matters pertaining to all units which are under the direction of the Chief
Information Officer and University Librarian.

Occupational Representative (2003 - Present)
The Moraine Park Technical College advisory committees are used to provide advice and counsel as well
as establish firm linkages between the community and each WTCS district. This industry-wide connection
enables the schools to draw upon the experiences of occupational representatives for the development and
maintenance of sound vocational, technical, and adult education offerings.

The District Technology Committee is used to guide the administrative team in technology needs for the
school district. The committee consists of representatives from each school building, the Director of
Instruction, and the Technology Department.

The High School Technology Committee is used to make the Technology Department aware of technology
needs and concerns at the high school. These needs are then addressed at the District Technology
Committee meeting.
