Work Samples
Technology Integration
As part of the eight grade technology literacy campaign, students as young as kindergarten are learning
how to use computers. To help the fourth graders learn to use the computer and the Microsoft Office
Suite programs I created a series of interactive tutorials. Below is one of the many projects I worked on
for the fourth grade students at the Berlin Area School District.
The interactive tutorial begins by demonstrating how to complete the task. Next it allows the student an
opportunity to practice the exercise. Finally, the student tries to complete a similar task by utilizing the
supporting Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel files.

Formatta is a software that can be used to create interactive forms. I have included
several samples of the forms I have created to reduce paper consumption and improve
employee efficiency.
Note: Formatta Filler must be installed on your computer in order to view these forms.
